Getting started
- Connect the diagnostic cable to the scanner before connecting it to the vehicle.
- Connect the tool to the vehicle’s diagnostic port and switch the ignition on.
- Use AutoVIN / automatic identification when available, or select the vehicle manually if automatic identification is not supported.
- Run a full-system scan or open the required control unit for fault codes, live data, service functions and other supported tests.

Software updates

Troubleshooting
The scanner powers on but does not identify the vehicle
Try manual vehicle selection if AutoVIN is unavailable. Confirm the ignition is on, the correct diagnostic connector is being used and the scanner software is up to date.
A listed service function is not available on my car
Service, coding and active-test availability is ECU-specific. A function supported by the product family may not be available on every model year or control-unit configuration.
A fault code returns after clearing
An active hardware or system fault can immediately set the code again. Record freeze-frame and live data before clearing codes and diagnose the underlying cause.
