The following terms and conditions govern your orders and the delivery of products.

1. Order Processing

Upon placing an order on our online store, we will process your order promptly. You will receive an order confirmation via email with detailed information about your purchase.

2. Delivery Time

General delivery time for all of Europe is approximately 2-3 business days.
Delivery times vary based on the product and location. We strive to provide an estimated delivery time during the ordering process. Please note that unforeseen events or inventory situations may affect delivery times.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver products to EU countries. Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and the selected shipping options. We reserve the right not to deliver products to areas where the political situation is unstable. In some areas, we may use a different delivery method than the one the customer has chosen when placing the order, if we consider it more reasonable.

We reserve the right to change the delivery method to a more suitable one without separate notice. However, we always follow the customer’s wishes, if you choose a package to be delivered, it will be delivered to your address.

4. Pricing and VAT

The price of all products includes VAT.

Our company is registered for VAT and we pay VAT in accordance with EU rules and conditions.

Business customers can order products tax-free (EU intra-EU sales). The ordering company must be registered for VAT in the destination country. Please contact our sales team if you are ordering for a company.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be clearly stated before finalizing your order. Costs may vary based on the size, weight of the order, and the delivery location.

6. Payment

We accept various payment methods, such as paypal and credit cards. Payment information is processed securely and confidentially.

Business customers: VAT 0% with invoicing is possible for companies. The ordering company must be registered for VAT in the destination country. Please contact our sales team if you are ordering for a company.

7. Cancellation and Returns

The order has a 14-day right of cancellation and return. Always contact our customer service (see the contact information page) if you want to cancel the order or return the product you ordered. You will receive detailed instructions on how to make a return from our customer service.

8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or notice any discrepancies in your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will rectify any errors and dispatch the correct items as soon as possible.
