Diagnosis
- Check IAT sensor connector and pins
- Measure sensor resistance vs temperature
- Backprobe signal and reference voltage
- Compare scan tool IAT to ambient temperature
Repair
- Repair wiring or connector
- Replace IAT sensor if out of spec
- Secure connector properly
