BMW full-system diagnostics
BMM V2.0 accesses supported electronic systems across BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce vehicles rather than only the engine ECU. It provides fault-code reading and clearing, live data, freeze-frame information and ECU details.
9 essential service functions
The tool includes nine common service functions for supported applications, covering everyday maintenance procedures such as oil reset, EPB, steering angle calibration, DPF, injector coding, ABS bleeding, battery management, TPMS and electronic throttle functions.
Compatibility and connection
- Standard OBD2: Most supported 2001-and-newer BMW applications use the standard 16-pin connector.
- Older BMW: Selected pre-2001 models use the round BMW 20-pin diagnostic connector.
- Legacy adapter: Use the optional iCarsoft PIN20 adapter when the vehicle has the older round connector.
BMM V2.0 vs BMM V3.0: V2.0 provides full-system diagnostics and essential service resets; V3.0 adds full bidirectional active tests and expanded service functions.
Software updates
iCarsoft BMM V2.0 includes lifetime free software updates. This generation is updated through a Windows PC / USB or TF-card workflow rather than Wi-Fi.
